Enables persons with physical disabilities to load or unload heavy objects, such as mobility aids, luggage, grocery, etc. in and out of the rear of a vehicle. Aids persons with physical disability, and their caregivers, in transporting their wheelchairs or mobility scooters when they travel in a vehicle from one place to another, so that they can resume the use of their mobility aids once they reach their destination.
